Insight addresses identity. Somatic work addresses energy. When only one layer is worked, the other keeps the loop running. The Liberation Process addresses both simultaneously.

Getting To The Root

You've come to the end of where
cognitive approaches can take you

You have tried coaching, therapy, and even various healing modalities, but there is still something that you feel deep beneath your conscious awareness that remains unaddressed.

It can show up as sharp reactions, procrastination, self-sabotage, a deep feeling of loneliness, a pain that you don't have words for, or lashing out at your partner in ways that feel overreactive.

These are just symptoms of a deeper wound that has yet to come to the surface.

The Exile

In Internal Family Systems, they refer to this part of you as "The Exile." The exile is what Carl Jung called "The Shadow." Essentially, it's the parts of you that were not allowed to be expressed as a child with your parents.

Whenever you "acted out", they would punish you, or try to control you in some way. Maybe they ignored you, or maybe they left you alone in a room to cry by yourself. Whichever way they tried to teach you a lesson, the impact was the same. You felt disconnected. And your body learned that being yourself, expressing your truth, and being authentic led to disconnection from your parents.

You learned to sacrifice authenticity for connection.

And this is what creates the exile. There is a part of you that has not had a safe space to fully express itself, and that is where the wound lives. That is where the feelings of isolation, suffering and disconnection reside.

Because the wound hasn't healed, you needed a protector to manage others so they wouldn't trigger it. This is often the adaptive strategy: the saviour, the over-achiever, the martyr, the perfectionist.

You learn to perform in order to achieve connection. It doesn't come because you feel you are worthy. It comes because you have learned to meet the expectations of someone else, and that leads to you being rewarded with love, attention and affection.

This is where the masks start forming. Many times these roles and adaptive strategies lead people to become very successful in the world, but they still don't feel it deep down. Because the part of them connected to their authentic self is hidden in exile, in their shadow, and it's not interacting with the part of them that is achieving.

Living the Paradox

This leads a person to experience themselves as two distinct people. One that they experience in private, and another that they live out in public.

The public persona performs. The private one desires connection, but doesn't feel that it deserves it.

Often the wound is built on a feeling of not being enough. Inadequacy. Feeling like a disappointment to your parents. Not being worthy of their love and affection.

It's normal for a young child from the age of 0 to 7 to start making up stories about themselves and building an identity around these wounds. That is where these parts can really get us into trouble. We can build an entire life, relationship, even a family on top of a wounded identity. One that doesn't feel deeply worthy of love, affection and connection.

If that is the foundation, you will always feel the need to prove yourself.

If you heal that wound, it reorganises your identity, and you build your business, your relationship, your life from being enough.

The Real Reason

Why things haven't worked
until now

The real reason why things haven't worked until now is not the modality. It's how you used it.

When you are working from a protector, you will use any modality to protect the wound. Meaning, it can become a coping mechanism. Therapy becomes a place to process without completing. Coaching becomes a way to optimise the performance without addressing what's underneath it. Meditation becomes a way to avoid the wound altogether.

If you are truly working with the modality from the level of the exile, and the wound is revealed, then you will find that it is able to help you complete the unresolved issue and trauma. The Liberation Process creates the conditions for the exile to surface, so that whatever you bring to it reaches the actual source.

The Process

A living transmission,
not a teaching

Through my 9,500 1-1 sessions, 1,000+ hours of group facilitation, 10,000 hours of yoga and meditation practice, and 5,000+ hours of professional trainings, I have distilled the essence of 13 different modalities to create this self-healing protocol. I have put together a simple, practical, guided process for you to access the deepest layers of your being, to find true forgiveness in the body, not just the mind, so you can free yourself and liberate the parts of you that still feel incomplete.

I am sharing this as a living transmission, not as a teaching. It's not something you can learn as a concept, just like tango is not something you learn as a concept. It's an embodied, somatic process that I will be guiding you through over the course of 3 calls and 1 month of energetic transmission.

It will change the way you approach life, and it will allow you to be with the intensity of experiences that you were previously running from without even realising it.

A three-phase process for what the mind alone cannot complete

I

Association

Moving from dissociation into the body. Identifying the pattern, the trigger, the wound. Taking full responsibility and removing the need to understand and assign blame. The nervous system begins to feel safe enough to open.

II

Energetic Completion

Stored emotional charge surfaces and moves through the system. Unfinished survival energy completes. The nervous system reorganises. Trauma patterns begin resolving, not because you worked on them, but because the wound they were protecting no longer needs protection.

III

New Identity Formation

The old self-concept dissolves, not forced out, but outgrown. A more coherent identity emerges. Life becomes increasingly creative rather than reactive. You build your life from being enough, not from proving it.

The Core Distinction

True Presence: learning to be
with yourself

True Presence is not a state you achieve. It's what happens when your mind becomes meditative, and your body is not in any of the 16 survival mechanisms.

Most of us have never fully experienced this. We live in a continuous low-level background of interpretation, fixing and defence. The mind is always slightly ahead, strategising, comparing, avoiding. The body is always slightly braced.

The exile was created in a threatening environment. It is hypersensitive to any trace of fight, flight, freeze or fawn. If you bring any of those states toward it, even subtly, it stays hidden. It will not open.

True Presence is the only condition under which it will surface, express, and complete.

Without True Presence

The mind intellectualises feeling rather than actually feeling.

The body remains in subtle fight, flight, freeze or fawn.

The wounded part stays in exile, sensing the same threatening conditions it was created inside of.

The process cannot complete. The loop continues.

With True Presence

The mind enters a meditative, witnessing state, without altering what it perceives.

The body is free of survival responses, genuinely neutral, genuinely safe.

The exile feels safe enough to surface, express, and be witnessed.

The pattern completes. The protective mechanisms are no longer needed. They fall away.

You can only be as present with another person as you are able to be with yourself. Cultivating True Presence is one of the most profound things you can do for every relationship in your life.

When the defence mechanisms fall, when the wound completes, when you are no longer running from your own experience, the quality of everything changes. Not because you're performing something different. Because you've become someone who no longer needs to.
